PushManager: supportedContentEncodings static property
Secure context: This feature is available only in secure contexts (HTTPS), in some or all supporting browsers.
The supportedContentEncodings read-only static property of the
PushManager interface returns an array of supported content codings that
can be used to encrypt the payload of a push message.
